You will be mailed a postcard upon receipt of your registration. If you have not received your exam packet by 12 March 2007, please call Clement Testing Services at (703) 338-6603.

In the fall, a flyer, registration form, and syllabus will automatically be mailed to those schools where students have participated in the past. If you would like to have your school added to our mailing list, please contact the Medusa Exam Committee.

Important Dates & Information to Remember:

16 February 2008
Postmark deadline for ALL (U.S. and international) registrants. See registration form for schedule of late fees.

3 March 2008
Exams will be sent to participating schools.

14 March 2008
Contact Clement Testing Services if you have not received your Exam packet by this date.

24 - 28 March 2008
Administration dates for the exam.*

17 - 21 March 2008
or
31 March - 4 April 2008

Early and late alternate administration weeks, for those schools on break during regular administration dates.*

7 April 2008
Completed exams must be returned for processing, postmarked by this date.

9 May 2008
Our target date for sending results, awards, and Achievement Awards Program applications to you.

 

*Choose one day in this window to administer the exam to all of your registered students. Students absent on this day will not be able to take the exam.

*Students will have FORTY minutes to complete the Examination.

*ALL students from your school MUST take the Medusa at the same time. Students absent on the day of administration will NOT be able to participate. We do not issue refunds for these students.

*Any sponsoring teacher MAY proctor the Exam, including Latin/Greek, English/Language Arts and History/Social Studies teachers.

*We are happy to make arrangements, generally at no extra cost, for students with special needs (e.g. blindness) if we are notified well in advance.
